For more than two decades, Service Pro Plumbing served families and businesses in our community. But by 2023, the company was still operating in a very archaic manner — everything tracked with pen and paper, and every phone call routed directly to the owner. That’s when Travis and Brookelynn stepped in with a vision to carry the company forward.

From the start, the goal was simple: to honor the history while transforming the way plumbing service could be done.

So, the work began.

The company acquired the proper plumbing licensing and brought in licensed plumbers so every job could be performed legally and safely, giving clients complete peace of mind. Paper systems were transitioned to fully digital, scalable processes were built, and a fully operating shop was opened to streamline how the team works. New equipment was invested in, the company was rebranded with a fresh look, and client satisfaction was set as the highest priority.

What began in 2023 with one technician and two aging vans has become a fleet of fully wrapped service vehicles stocked with the newest tools to serve clients better. A full operating team has been built, in-depth training programs created, and incredible benefits put in place — including a profit share structure that rewards the team for the company’s success. Just as importantly, the culture has been transformed into a positive, team-driven environment where excellence is the standard and people genuinely love the work they do.
